不具合の修正

• The selected version of .NET Core is not the latest installed when creating new .NET Core unit test project from JustMock template.
• JustMock tests are failing in Azure Pipelines when "Test platform version" option is set to "Installed by Tools Installer" and code coverage is disabled.
