旧バージョンの製品

新規ライセンスを購入した場合は、Telerikのアカウント（www.telerik.com/account）にログオンして旧バージョンをダウンロードすることができます。

Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core のライセンス

ソフトウェアライセンスは開発者ごとに1つ必要です。
各開発者が自分のライセンスを持っている限り、製品を複数のマシンにインストールすることができます。これにより、職場、自宅、ラップトップなどにインストール可能です。実行時のロイヤリティは不要です。

ソースコードが含まれています。

サブスクリプションには、Progress Telerik がリリースする新機能と修正が12か月間含まれます。

サポートプラン - 3種類のサポートプランが利用可能です: Lite、Priority、Ultimate。
サポートは12か月間提供され、サブスクリプションの更新またはアップグレードの購入として毎年更新することができます。

Lite サポートに含まれるもの

  • 72時間以内の対応 (月〜金)
  • オンラインチケットシステム
  • 年間10件のインシデント
  • 無制限のバグ報告と機能リクエスト

更新およびアップグレード

  • 早期更新 - 現在の有効期限の60日前までに更新する場合、新しい有効期限は元の注文日を基準に計算されます。
  • 通常更新 - 現在の有効期限の60日後までに更新する場合、新しい有効期限は元の注文日を基準に計算されます（バックデートされます）。
  • Welcome Back 更新 - サブスクリプションの有効期限が60日以上経過した場合、新しいサブスクリプションの有効期限はWelcome Back更新またはアップグレードの購入日を基準に計算されます。

ライセンス契約書

よく寄せられる質問と回答

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

Telerikの開発者用ツール製品のライセンスは、すべて永久ライセンスです。 サブスクリプション期間が終了しても、購入した製品をそのまま使用できます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

サブスクリプションの期限が切れても、製品を続けて使用できます。 サブスクリプションの期限切れとは、製品のアップデートや新しくリリースされた製品を受け取れなくなるという意味です。 サブスクリプションの更新は、新規ライセンスを購入するよりも低価格で行えます。 料金的には、現在のサブスクリプションの期限が切れる前の「早期更新」が最もお得です。 期限が切れてから60日以内の更新は「スタンダード(Standard)更新」、 61日以上経過した場合は「ウェルカムバック(Welcome Back)更新」になります。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話または 。

ライセンスをアップグレードまたはダウングレードできますか。

個々の「Telerik UI」製品または「Kendo UI」製品からTelerik DevCraftスイートにアップグレードできます。 DevCraftのあるエディションを別のエディションにアップグレードすることもできます（例：「DevCraft UI」から「DevCraft Ultimate」にアップグレード）。

また、ダウングレードすることもできます（例：「DevCraft Ultimate」から「DevCraft UI」にダウングレード）。

既存のTelerikアカウントに新しいライセンスまたは旧バージョンのライセンスを追加できますか。

はい。既存のTelerikアカウントに同じ製品の新しいライセンス、または別の製品の新しいライセンスを追加できます。 旧バージョンには、Telerikアカウントにログインするとアクセスできます。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

Telerikの製品の古いバージョンを直接購入することはできません。 しかし、新規ライセンスを購入すると、その製品の旧バージョンを追加料金なしでダウンロードして使用できます。

ライセンスを複数のマシンにインストールできますか。

はい。ライセンスを付与された開発者は、必要な台数の自分のコンピューター（ラップトップ、オフィスや自宅のデスクトップなど）にTelerikのコントロールをインストールできます。

製品を複数のプロジェクト、サーバー、またはドメインで使用できますか。

はい。Telerikのライセンスにはデプロイメントの制限はありません。さまざまなサーバーやドメインにある無制限のアプリケーション用にTelerikのコントロールを使用できます。

ソースコードを利用できますか。

Telerik UI for XamarinとTelerik JustMockを除く、DevCraftの製品のソースコードを利用できます。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。 お客様は、製品のライセンスの購入と同時にライセンス保有者となり、お客様のアカウントがTelerikシステムに作成されます。 お客様は、このアカウントを使用して、ライセンスをユーザー（開発者やコンサルタント）に割り当てるためのユーティリティにアクセスできます。 ライセンスが割り当てられた各ユーザーは、自分用のログイン情報を受け取ります。ユーザーがシステムにログインすると、ソフトウェアとサポートにアクセスできます。

あるユーザーのライセンスを別のユーザーに譲渡するには、ユーザー一覧から、ライセンスを割り当て済みのユーザーを削除し、新しいユーザーにライセンスを割り当てます。 ライセンスが物理的に移動するわけではなく、ユーザーのいる場所に関係なく、権利の譲渡がすべてオンラインで行われます。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

Telerikのサポートには、次の3つのレベルがあります。

  • Lite Support
    オンラインのサポートチケットシステムとコミュニティフォーラムにアクセスでき、不具合の報告、提案や要望の提出数に制限はありません。 サポート応答時間は72時間以内（月曜日～金曜日）です。 1年間に案件を10件まで送信できます。
  • Priority Support
    上記のサポートに加え、応答時間は24時間（月曜日～金曜日）、1年間に送信できる案件は無制限です。
  • Ultimate Support
    上記に加えて、電話によるサポート、Web経由のリモートサポート、案件のエスカレーションが含まれます。
