TX Text Control .NET Server for ASP.NET（英語版） のライセンス

Text Control製品は個別の開発者ごとにライセンスされます。この製品を使用する各開発者は、自分自身の割り当てられたライセンスを持っている必要があります。Text Control製品でビルドされたアプリケーションをコンパイルする必要がある品質管理エンジニア（テスター）を含む開発チームの各メンバーにライセンスが必要です。すべてのライセンスは永続ライセンスです。

TX Text Control .NET Server for ASP.NETでは本番サーバーにデプロイするためのラン・タイムライセンスが必要です。それらはアプリケーションが実行されているサーバーです。このランタイムOEMライセンスによって、無制限の数のサーバーにアプリケーションをデプロイできます。

TX Text Control Server for ASP.NETサブスクリプションを購入すると、以下のTX Text Control Server年間サブスクリプションが付属します。

ライセンス契約書

よく寄せられる質問と回答

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

Text Controlのライセンスはすべて永久ライセンスです。 サブスクリプション期間が終了しても、購入した製品をそのまま使用できます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

ライセンスされた製品を使用できる期間に制限はありません。 サブスクリプションの期限切れとは、製品をアップグレードしない限り、今後リリースされるアップデートを受け取れなくなるという意味です。 サブスクリプションの期限が切れてから30日以内に更新すると、新規ライセンスを購入するよりも低価格になります。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話またはでお知らせください。

ライセンスをアップグレードできますか。

ソースコードを利用できますか。
