旧バージョンの製品

現時点では、UltraEditの旧バージョンの製品を利用するには、Eメールによる手続きが必要です。 お客様の現在のライセンスについてsupport@ultraedit.comまでEメールでお知らせください。お客様の使用可能なバージョンがUltraEditから提供されます。

UEStudio のライセンス

1ユーザー付き、1ソフトウェアライセンス。
ランタイムロイヤリティーフリー。

全てのライセンスに1年間の無償アップグレード(メジャーとマイナーリリース)とメールによるライフタイムテクニカルサポートが含まれています。

無制限のライフタイムアップグレード
プロダクトが販売されている間は、無制限のアップグレードと無償永久アップグレードを受けることが可能です。
ご購入後の初年度以降に引き続きアップグレードされる場合、年間ベースでアップグレードライセンスを購入する必要があります。その他に無制限ライフタイムアップグレードオプション購入をご検討してください。

ライセンスの種類

  • スタンダード - 非コンカレントライセンスが実際のソフトウェアのユーザー毎に入手可能です。
  • コンカレント - コンカレントライセンスオプションは、ソフトウェアを同時に利用するユーザー数に基づきます。ソフトウェアがサーバーから実行されている時に利用されるタイプのライセンスです。
  • エデュケーショナル - エデュケーショナルライセンスは非営利の教育機関向けに、2つ以上のライセンスをご購入いただく場合にご利用いただけます。


お届け情報: IDMでは、ご注文・お届け処理を自動で行います。 ご注文完了後に、ComponentSourceよりメールにてお客様のライセンスキーとパトワードが送付されます。特に週末・休日については翌週の月曜日あるいは翌営業日までお届けにお時間を頂戴いたします。

ライセンス契約書

よく寄せられる質問と回答

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

UEStudio の永久ライセンス、または年間サブスクリプションを購入できます。

永久ライセンス：ソフトウェアを無期限に使用できます。

年間サブスクリプション：1年と2年の2種類あります。 購入日から指定された期間だけソフトウェアを使用できます。

年間サブスクリプションが終了した後はどうなりますか？

サブスクリプション期間の終了後もソフトウェアを使用するには、サブスクリプションを更新する必要があります。

ライセンスをアップグレードまたはダウングレードできますか。

はい。 お客様のご希望をお知らせください。

現在持っているライセンスに開発者を追加できますか。

はい。現在のライセンスにユーザーを追加して、必要に応じて、ライセンスの更新日を調整できます。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

すべての UEStudio ライセンスには、メールでのサポートが付属します。 年間サブスクリプション契約を結ばれている場合は、優先サポートをご利用になれます。 詳しくは、UltraEditのサポートページを参照してください。

UEStudioをオンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。

UltraEditの製品は、オフラインでアクティベーションできます。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

UltraEditの製品を直接購入することはできません。ただし、ライセンスを購入すると提供される現バージョンのキーで旧バージョンも使用することができます。 旧バージョンをダウンロードするリンクをUltraEditから購入できますが、利用できるサポートは制限されています。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。ライセンスが開発者の雇用主によって所有および配布されている場合は譲渡できます。 ライセンスには、ソフトウェアを使用するユーザーの数が許可されている数を超えないようにする仕組みが組み込まれています。 企業用のライセンスは、1つのシステムを使用する特定の1人のユーザーに付与されます。 このユーザーが退社した場合など、正当な理由がある場合は、ライセンスを別のユーザーに再割り当てできます。 しかし、1つのシステムに複数のユーザーがアクセスする場合（フローティング形式）は、同時ユーザーライセンスが必要になります。

学校や大学向けの割引はありますか。

はい。 非営利の教育機関のお客様は、全機能が備わった教育用バージョンを割引価格でお求めになれます。

一括購入割引はありますか。

はい。 お客様のご要望をお知らせください。お見積りさせていただきます。
