よく寄せられる質問と回答

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

dotConnect Universal のライセンスは、永久ライセンスです。1年、2年、または3年間のメンテナンスとサポートのサブスクリプションが付属しています。 サブスクリプション期間が終了しても、購入した製品をそのまま使用できます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

ライセンスされた製品を使用できる期間に制限はありません。 サブスクリプションの期限切れとは、製品をアップグレードしない限り、サポートや今後リリースされるアップデートを受け取れなくなるという意味です。 サブスクリプションの更新は、新規ライセンスを購入するよりも低価格で行えます。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話または 。

ライセンスをアップグレードできますか。

新規ライセンスを購入すると、同じ製品のどの旧バージョンでもダウンロードしてインストールできます。

ライセンスを複数のマシンにインストールできますか。

はい。 dotConnect Universalは、1人だけが使用する1台のコンピューターにインストールし、アクティベーションして使用することができます。 1台目と同じ人が使用する限り、dotConnect Universalを2台目のモバイルデバイス、ラップトップ、またはデスクトップコンピューターにインストールし、アクティベーションして使用できます。

ソースコードを利用できますか。

いいえ。dotConnect Universalのソースコードは利用できません。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

ライセンスの所有権を他の人または会社に譲渡する場合は、Devartから許可を受ける必要があります。 ライセンスの新しい所有者の連絡先をDevartに知らせて、Devartが記録を更新できるようにしてください。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

新規ライセンスを購入するときに、1年、2年、または3年間のPriorityサポートを選択できます。 サブスクリプション期間が終了したら、引き続きサポートを利用できるようにサブスクリプションを更新できます。 Priorityサポートは、dotConnect Universalに関するお客様からの質問にdotConnect Universalの開発者自身がお答えする優先サポートです。 サポートはEメールで行われ、その応答時間は2営業日以内です。

オンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。
