• Fix: Fixed a bug where if the File.GetShortName action failed, a string containing garbage would be returned. Failure can occur if the file does not exist.

Now if the language in the language map map has no secondary IDs, it will map to that language if the Primary IDs match regardless of the secondary ID detected.
