This kind of license is usually bought by companies who have just one developer or who are still in the evaluating phase. If you have 2 or 3 developers please buy a license for each of them.
Runtime Royalty Free provided all developers are properly licensed.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your License Key, Password and instructions on how to download your software, usually delivered within 1 business day.

Standard Edition - 1ソフトウェアライセンスがデベロッパー毎に必要になります。 この Edition はインターネットベースの開発には使用できません。。
Internet Server Edition - 1つのソフトウェアライセンスがデベロッパー毎に必要になります。 wPDFControl をWebサービスあるいは CGI として PDF ファイルを作成のご利用をご希望の場合、 Internet Server Edition ライセンスをご購入ください。
アプリケーションはモジュールあるいは他の開発者によって使われるツールではないかもしれません。 プリンタ・ドライバと ActiveX が wPDFControl で作成されないかもしれません。
Developer License - 1つのソフトウェアライセンスがデベロッパー毎に必要になります。
Team License - プロダクトに取り組んでいる開発者が6人まで利用可能です。
Site Wide License - 最高で20人の開発者が1か所の物理的な住所において利用可能です。
wPDF DLL Sourcecode - ソースコードは電子メールによって別に納品されます。
