アップグレード サブスクリプション
15 か月アップグレード サブスクリプションでは、重要度に関わらず 15 か月間アップグレードを受ける権利が与えられます。 15 か月のサブスクリプション期間中に重要なアップグレードが新たにリリースされなかった場合は、重要なアップグレードがリリースされるまで期間が延長されます。 複数開発者アップグレード サブスクリプションもあります。
ランタイムはローヤルティ フリーです。

以下に概説したように、Xceed Encryption Library は、強度の高い暗号アルゴリズムをいくつか含んでいるため、標準的なライセンス条件に従わなければならないほかにも、暗号技術製品に課される国際輸出規制も受けています。
お客様は、以下のリストに載っている国内では Xceed Encryption Library の購入、ダウンロード、使用が禁じられていることを認めるとともに、以下に列挙されたいずれかの国にいるエンド ユーザーに Xceed Encryption Library の登録済みコピーを再販売することが禁じられていることと、この規制を実施するには適正な措置が必要であることとに同意いただくものとします。 現在該当する国は以下のとおりです。

・朝鮮民主主義人民共和国 (北朝鮮)
・エリトリア
