Office Environmental Statement

The Environmental Policy of ComponentSource is to ensure so far as it is reasonably practicable that its operations will be carried out with a commitment to protecting and enhancing the environment.

At its offices ComponentSource is aware that the Company generates waste paper products. However as the Company strives for excellence in every aspect of its business it is committed to minimising the environmental impacts of the business operation.

The Company’s stated aims are to:

  • Continuously improve its environmental performance particularly regarding the recycling and re-use of paper.
  • Use where reasonably possible recycled or ecologically friendly paper.
  • Use waste paper as much as is practicable for notepads unless confidentiality may be compromised.
  • Reduce consumption of resources and improve the efficiency of those resources by printing double sided wherever practicable.
  • Manage waste generated from the Company’s business operations according to the principles of reduction, re-use and recycling.
  • Recycle all paper products, ink or toner cartridges.
  • Comply as a minimum with all relevant environmental legislation as well as other environmental requirements.

This Environmental Policy Statement will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary. The ComponentSource Board of Directors endorses this Policy Statement and is fully committed to its implementation.
