Updates in V6.0 MR6

The following issues have been fixed:

• Linux version removing certain content from documents.
• Floating objects causing page overflow.
• Footnotes generating in middle of columns.
• Hexadecimal forms unable to be specified in leader function.
• Separator attribute not working correctly in MathML.
• Blankets not correctly positioned in MathML.
• SVG not appearing in GUI or output document.
• SVG not rendering correctly.
• SVG colors defined as CMYK appearing black in the GUI.
• A warning is now given if External Editor does not exist.
