Updates in V6.1 MR1

The following bugs were fixed:

• Multiple flows truncating when 3rd flow enabled.
• Float overflowing page text.
• Columns on a page containing a multi-column float did not balance as expected.
• Floats were placed in an unexpected order.
• Table overflowing when axf:repeat-cell-content-at-break="true" specified.
• CSS running elements on the last page ignored.
• Unable to use Adobe Distiller to generate PDF output from Formatter PS output.
• Acrobat unable to open the Formatter generated PDF.
• Tagged PDF output with links failed accessibility check in Acrobat XI.
• Page numbers in PDF files displayed incorrectly.
• Overflow error message listed the wrong page when overflowing content broke across pages.
