Licensed per year you will need to renew the license to continue to use the software.
The Enterprise Edition includes an unlimited number of Client IDs (A unique Oauth 2.0 client, such as a web application, SPA, native, mobile, or daemon application). Unlimited users, Unlimited APIs, Unlimited deployments (A token service running in production at a unique URL - Internal Use Only).
