ImageGear for .NET のライセンス

プラットフォーム構成に従って、開発者ごとに開発者ライセンスが 1 つ必要です。

マルチプラットフォーム ライセンスは、2 つ以上のプラットフォームで 1 人の開発者をサポートします。

ランタイム ロイヤリティはフリーではありません。お客様はアプリケーションを配備する前に、Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを含む適切なライセンス契約を入手する必要があります。

Accusoft Pegasus 社のソフトウェア アプリケーションおよび開発ツールは、シングル CPU 上で使用するように限定されています。インストールまたは配布される、すべてのランタイムまたはコピーは、Pegasus Imaging Corporation (Pegasus Imaging 社) から直接ライセンスの許可を受ける必要があります。これらの「ライセンス契約」には、ライセンス数や使用状況に関する条件や制限が記載されています。

注: 一意のライセンスキーをお客様のために作成する必要があるため、このソフトウェアを使用できるようになるまでに多少時間がかかることがあります。通常 1 営業日以内で、ライセンス キーをできるだけ早く作成して電子メールでお送りいたします。

ライセンスのカテゴリーについては下記を参照:

1. クライアント配備

Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを 1 台以上のクライアント コンピューターへ配備します。Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを使用するアプリケーションが継続した収益をもたらすシステムまたはプロセスの一部になっている場合、下記のライセンス モデル番号 3 を参照してください。Accusoft Pegasus 社のテクノロジーを組み合わせた製品を配備する場合は、特別なディスカウントが適用されます。

2. サーバー配備

Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを 1 台以上のサーバー CPU コアへ配備します。Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを使用するアプリケーションが継続した収益をもたらすシステムまたはプロセスの一部になっている場合、下記のライセンス モデル番号 3 を参照してください。Accusoft Pegasus 社のテクノロジーを組み合わせた製品を配備する場合は、特別なディスカウントが適用されます。Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードをクライアントとサーバーの両方で配備する場合、ご利用については販売代理店/販売担当者へご連絡ください。

3. スキャニング サービス / 印刷サービス / サービス プロバイダー / 外部委託施設 / タイム シェア / キオスク / 施設管理 / アプリケーション サービス プロバイダー (ASP) / 配備

お客様の会社がそのサービスに含まれる Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを使用して事業運営している、スキャニング/印刷サービス、サービス プロバイダー、外部委託施設、タイム シェア会社、キオスク、施設管理会社、アプリケーション サービス プロバイダー (ASP) のいずれかであるものとします。この場合、継続的な収益がそのサービスに含まれる Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードを使用した事業からもたらされていることになります。お客様が同じ用途で Accusoft Pegasus 社の製品を 1 つ以上配備している場合、バンドル価格設定オプション (特別な割引価格) を利用可能です。これらの製品を配備するには、年間サポート契約が必要になります。Chariot および Galleon サポート プランの年間サポート契約を締結するには、販売代理店/販売担当者にお問い合わせください。正確な見積もりを提出できるように、Accusoft Pegasus 社のコードの配備について詳細をお知らせください。
