Hosting on Windows
Windows Operating System: Windows 10 or later, Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
Software Required: Docker Desktop for Windows installed and running.

Hosting on Mac
Mac with Intel chip, requires Docker Desktop for Mac with Intel chip installed and running.
Mac with Apple silicon, requires Docker Desktop for Mac with Apple silicon installed and running.

Hosting on Linux
Docker Desktop on Linux runs a Virtual Machine (VM) which creates and uses a custom docker context, desktop-linux, on startup.
This means images and containers deployed on the Linux Docker Engine (before installation) are not available in Docker Desktop for Linux.
Platforms: Ubuntu (x86_64 / amd64), Debian (x86_64 / amd64), Fedora (x86_64 / amd64), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (x86_64 / amd64).
