One software license is required per developer.
You may install the product on more than one machine as long as each developer has their own license. This allows you to install it on your work, home and laptop machines.

Please Note: Kendo UI for Angular and Kendo UI for Vue npm packages now have an additional requirement for developers to provide a license key when adding any of the npm packages to their Angular or Vue projects.
This license is a physical file (in .txt file format) which needs to be included in your project. It can be downloaded from your Telerik Account.

Available as 2 license types:

• Annual Subscription License: Flat annual fee including product updates, technical support, and any forthcoming exclusive benefits. The Subscription License must be renewed to continue to use the software.
• Perpetual License: One-time purchase granting access to the current released versions. Includes 1 year subscription of product updates and technical support. After the initial subscription period you can choose to renew the subscription element. If you do not renew then you may continue to use the installed version available during your active subscription term but you will no longer be entitled to product updates or technical support.

Subscription includes new features and fixes released by Progress Telerik for 12 months.

Support Plans - There are 3 support plans available: Lite, Priority and Ultimate.
Support is provided for 12 months and can be renewed on an annual basis as part of a Subscription Renewal or Upgrade purchase.

Lite Support Includes

Priority Support Includes

Renewals

• Early - up to 60 days before the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date.
• Standard - up to 60 days after the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date (backdated).
• Welcome Back - more than 60 days after your subscription expired, the new subscription expiration date will be calculated based on the date of purchase of the Welcome Back Renewal.

Telerik UI Accelerator

One software license is required per user per year.
To continue to use the software you will need to purchase an annual license each year.

Telerik UI Accelerator can be obtained in two ways:

• All subscription plans for supported products* come with an annual subscription of Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder) at no extra charge.
• Perpetual license holders of supported products* can purchase Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder) as an add-on Annual Subscription License.
