旧バージョンの製品

Red Carpet Subscriptionでは、/n software製品の現在のバージョンと旧バージョンを利用することができます。 個々の製品の旧バージョンを直接購入することはできません。ただし、新規ライセンスを購入するときにダウングレードキーを付けるように依頼できます。

/n software Red Carpet Subscription（英語版） のライセンス

デベロッパーごとにライセンスを所有している場合には、この Developer License により、対象となるプロダクトを、すべての開発マシン上にインストールできます。 たとえば、そのプロダクトを利用できるデベロッパーであれば、職場や自宅のコンピュータだけではなく、ラップトップ上にもインストールすることができます。

このサブスクリプションは、EDI AS2 に関する開発ライセンスを提供するだけであり、運用環境やディプロイメントのためのライセンスは提供しません。

サイト･ライセンス － 地理的に独立したビルディングで、Premium Support/Media Contact が適用されている場合には、そこに帰属するすべてのデベロッパーにライセンスが提供されます。

ランタイム ― ランタイムにおけるライセンスは無償です。

/n software Red Carpet Subscription（英語版） のライセンスは、製品のアップデートを利用できる1年間のサブスクリプション契約を含む永久ライセンスです。 サブスクリプションを更新しなくても、元のサブスクリプション期間中にリリースされた最新バージョンのソフトウェアを引き続き使用することができます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

/n software Red Carpet Subscription（英語版）のサブスクリプション契約が終了しても、元のソフトウェアを使用できますが、今後リリースされるアップデートや新バージョンは利用できません。 アップデートや新バージョンを利用するには、サブスクリプションを更新する必要があります。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話または 。

ライセンスをアップグレードできますか。

ライセンスを購入した/n software製品の現行のアップグレードとアップデートを利用できるサブスクリプションと年間メンテナンスプランがあります。 サブスクリプションまたはメンテナンス契約なしで、古いバージョンをアップグレードすることはできません。

現在持っているライセンスに開発者を追加できますか。

標準サポートは、Eメール（support@nsoftware.com）によるサポートです。すべてのユーザーがご利用になれます。

優先サポートは、1年間のサブスクリプション契約でご利用になれる、Eメールと電話による無制限の優先サポートです。製品のライセンスとインストール、不具合の修正、プロトコルの問題、プログラミングの問題、環境の問題、製品の一般的な使用に関するご相談を受け付けています。 また、マイナーバージョンへの無料アップデート、未公開のデモ、一部のソースコード解析も利用できます。 お見積りについては、こちらにお問い合わせください。

/n software Red Carpet Subscription（英語版）をオンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。

製品を初めてインストールするときに、インストーラーによってプロダクトキーがアクティベーションされます。 インストール時にアクティベーションできなかった場合は、オフラインでのアクティベーションに従って、アクティベーションしてください。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。
