不具合の修正

• macOS / Open Files: Added a partial fix for a situation where opening local files took a very long time on macOS due to a name resolution (network) issue for the local host.
• XProc Validation: Fixed an issue that caused the default validation for pipelines to fail when comments or processing instructions appeared before the root element. Validation now uses a single combined schema, so it no longer depends on extracting the version attribute.
• DITA / Unique ID Generation: Fixed unique ID generation issues in topics after APIs were used to reload the current topic content.
• PDF using HTML5 & CSS: Fixed a display issue that caused notes to appear in two lines rather than a single line.
• WebHelp Responsive: Ensure expand/collapse buttons are correctly displayed when table of contents are not sticky in a topic.
• WebHelp Responsive: Resolved issues regarding the 16:9 aspect ratio and responsive rendering of video elements in the output.
