機能

KPI Tracker

• Measure the performance of your packaging team by using the new KPI Tracker. It precisely tracks the time an engineer spends for each order processing phase.
  • The KPI tracker allows you to define time metrics for each Order Type and each specific combination of attributes.
  • Time will be counted according to the project's working calendar, where you can set working hours, working days, holidays, etc.

Team's Work Analytics

• The Reporting module has been re-designed and extended with the following new features:
  • Teamwork Quality - Added a set of several widgets that show External and Internal Quality indices. The External Quality index is based on the correlation between the initial and related bug fixing orders. Whereas the Internal Quality index considers the number of cycles the order has moved through.
  • SLA Compliance - Added a set of widgets that show the index and absolute number of closed orders with achieved and missed SLA metrics.
  • Team Workload - Added widgets that show the number of active and completed orders in selected projects and periods.
  • Engineer Report - Create XLSX reports, which included workload, SLA compliance, Internal Quality, External Quality, and KPI metrics by each engineer during a defined period.

SLA Widgets for Dashboard

• To simplify the control of the implementation of the defined SLA metrics, two more widgets have been developed for the Dashboard:
  • SLA Time Left - Shows non-completed orders for which the estimated 'SLA Time Left' is over or will end soon.
  • SLA Target Date - Shows non-completed orders for which the calculated 'SLA Target Date' points to today or next few days.

Business Rules Improvements

• Many new options for the 'By Time' rule trigger allow to you run a rule exactly when it's needed.
• You can now set a new value for an order attribute that includes values of any other attributes.
• You can now send an email notification to the custom email address.
• You can now use SLA Tracker information in rule conditions to select only the required orders.
• When writing an email notification template, you can now insert the value of any order attribute.
• You can now select all orders that match a defined condition and send them in a single email.

Extended Public API

• The public API has been extended with new methods:
  • Get SLA Tracker details of the order.
  • Get a list of users assigned to the project.
  • Get project orders with filtering and paging features.

Other improvements

• Added support for displaying Order Title in the header of browser window/tab.
• Added the ability to duplicate a project with its settings.
• Added support for automatic creation of default workflow for newly added Order Types.
• Improved navigation to the main page.
• Updated style of SLA Status Bar.
• Added the ability to enable/disable SLA tracker for the specific projects.

• Fixed the counter of unread notifications.
