Updates in 11.3

• 64-bit support - SQL Data Compare will now run as a 64-bit process on a 64-bit OS. This applies to both the main application GUI and the SQLDataCompare.exe command-line.
• Azure v12 and SQL Server 2016 connectivity - SQL Data Compare can now connect to Azure v12 and SQL Server 2016 CTP2 instances.
  (This does not include support for any new features of SQL Server 2016. New feature support will be released in SQL Data Compare 12.)
