Updates in SQL Doc 3.1

• Support for generating documentation in Markdown format, useful when saving your documentation to GitHub.
• SDOC-892: Full Text Stoplist property now documented on tables with a FTI which has a Stoplist.
• Updated feature usage reporting library.
• Latest UI components, uses a more legible font on the menu.
• SDOC-1634: No longer causes an exception changing the tree view while attempting to log some details.
• SDOC-1737: Can now successfully refresh when a database has been dropped.
• Offline / inaccessible databases no longer cause previews to stop generating for other databases.
• Error reporting now works from the preview pane.
