• Added dynamic alerting for DTUs which is now available for elasticpools.
• A new Query Execution extended event file will now be created when restarting the base monitor to prevent timeout when reading large files.

• Fixed the exception on the Jobs page in the Multi Base Monitor scenario where the same instance is monitored in more than one Base Monitor but in the different groups.
