不具合の修正

• Removed the databases table from the PostgreSQL server overview history tab. This information can now be found via the Databases tab.
• Clicking on custom alert from global dashboard now redirects to alerts page with correct filters applied.
• Fixed an issue when sorting by Raised or Ended on the Alert details > History page.
• Fixed an issue where webhook notifications were not being sent under certain circumstances.
