不具合の修正

• Aurora PostgreSQL instances should now always show the correct reader/writer instance label.
• Oracle instances that are not part of Data Guard generate ORA-01033 errors had outcomes of "Cannot connect" instead of "Internal Redgate Monitor error".
• Hovering over disk metrics for Windows SQL Servers on the global dashboard now correctly shows a graph of recent data.
