  • Changed default character sets for some languages.
  • Added the ability to add characters from other supported languages.
  • Improved multi-threading to allow sharing one SmartZone OCR instance with several threads.
  • Raised the minimum required version of Microsoft .NET Framework to 3.5.
  • Upgraded demos to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 and removed demos for older Visual Studio versions.
