I have used WINRT XAML Studio of Syncfusion, and I am extremely glad I did that. It fits all my needs for my windows 8 metro app, Lots of quality controls, and the finest thing about them is there support. I have never seen such a responsive support team anywhere. I feel really awesome after interacting with syncfusion. I strongly refer this control to anyone.

I used Syncfusions WinRT controls for a Windows 8 store app. We mainly used the PFD creation capabilities and are very satisfied by the ease of integrating the functionality in to our app. Documentation was a bit thin, but support received via mail was very helpful. I recommend Syncfusions WinRT controls and would use them again.
ihabUnited Kingdom2 年以上前 When Windows RT was released a year ago Visual studio came out with only few controls, basic controls such as Date picker and data grid were and still missing from the standard VS controls
If it was not for Syncfusion controls I would not been able to submit my app to the Windows store, I am using their excellent data grid, date picker, chart controls, tile views, tile hubs, input controls to name a few (my app is SmartMoney if you are interested), they were the first company to offer C# Xaml Windows RT controls
Their suppoprt is more than excellent, at one ocassion I found a bug, it took them less than 24 hours to fix and send me an updated DLL, this is unheard of. They also have an active and very helpful public forum
Although I only used their RT controls, I have used other vendors controls on other platforms (Infragistics for WinForms, WPF and Silverlight ) so I can make an objective comparison.
I am quite happy with the quality of Syncfusion controls and with the excellent support I received, and feel very confident to recommend them

jasoncOH, USA2 年以上前 I've been using the SyncFusion WinRT suite on a new greenfield Windows 8 RT project. I tried it and the Telerik suite and I like the SyncFusion one best. It has more controls and seems more complete than the competition. When combined with their free Metro Studio app, you get a really nice set of icons and controls to build slick looking WinRT applications. The controls are easy to use, very intuitive to work with and I've found their support responsive and very helpful. In my case, I was trying to do something and couldn't get it working. Within 24 hrs of submitting a ticket to support, I had a response with a sample app demonstrating how to do what I needed to do.
But that leads into why I give the suite 4 stars. I should have been able to find guidance on what I was trying to do but the documentation is thin. However I've found that true of any new component suite from pretty much anyone so I can't hack on Syncfusion too much for this. However, if you have experience with these component suites on any other xaml platform you should be flying in no time.
