Basic: Includes a perpetual license.

Standard Subscription: Includes a perpetual license for the current version as well as any new versions or updates released for 1 year, for one named member of your development or testing team. Also provides 1 year of expert priority support.

Blueprint Subscription: Includes a perpetual license with Source code for the current version as well as any new versions or updates released for 1 year, for one named member of your development or testing team. Also provides 1 year of expert priority support.

Distribution: If Licensee is Authorized, Xceed grants Licensee a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to duplicate the Redistributable Files and to distribute them solely in conjunction with software products developed by Licensee.

Subscription Renewal Before Expiration: To Renew non-expired subscriptions.

New Subscriptions / Upgrade to the Latest Version: To upgrade to the latest version, purchase a New Subscription.
