付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

Asposeの開発者ライセンスとサイトライセンスはすべて無期限の永久ライセンスです。 これらのライセンスには、1年間の製品アップデートにアクセスできるサブスクリプションも含まれています。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

サブスクリプション契約が切れても、製品を使用するライセンスがあるので、Asposeを使用する既存のアプリケーションはそのまま機能します。 製品の今後のアップデートをダウンロードして使用するには、まず、サブスクリプション契約を更新する必要があります。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話または 。

ライセンスをアップグレードできますか。

ライセンスのアップグレードはできませんが、期限の切れたサブスクリプション契約を更新することはできます。 製品の最新バージョンをダウンロードして使用でき、製品のアップデートに1年間アクセスできます。

ソースコードを利用できますか。

いいえ。お客様がAspose製品のソースコードを入手することはできませんが、Asposeのソフトウェア第三者預託サービスをご利用になれます。 お客様のご希望をお知らせください。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

製品を購入する前、またはサブスクリプション契約が切れた場合でも、すべてのユーザーが無料のテクニカルサービスを受けることができます。 さらに、有料のサポートプランも3種類ご用意しています。

Developer Support

  • 優先サポート対象のお客様として、Aspose Paid Support Helpdeskアクセスできます。
  • 1年Developer Support案件を3つまで送信できます。
  • 平日の初回サポート対応時間は24時間以内です。
  • 案件を製品開発部にエスカレーションできます。
  • お客様の問題を解決するためのホットフィックスが配信されます。
  • 優先サポートオプションを1年間ご利用になれます。
  • Developer Supportオプションを1件購入するだけで、有効なサブスクリプションに含まれるすべてのAspose製品がカバーされます。

Business Support
Developer Supportプランに加えて、次のものが含まれます。

  • 1年間にサポート案件を6つまで送信できます。

Enterprise Support
Business Supportプランに加えて、次のものが含まれます。

  • Enterprise Support対象のお客様として、Aspose Paid Support Helpdeskアクセスできます。
  • Paid Support Helpdeskアクセスできるアカウントを複数設定できます。
  • 当社の経験豊富なサポート担当開発者にEメールまたは電話で連絡を取れます。
