不具合の修正

• A corrupt VSD is generated on open and save.
• Shape to Image of EMF to PNG format gives blank images.
• VSD to VSDX conversion has an empty masters directory without any master files.
• Broken diagram when using master with multiple shapes.
• 'RefreshData' wrong when the master has more than one shape.
• 'RefreshData' breaks shape from master with NURBS geometry.
• Colors replaced in VSDX header when saving as PDF.
