ComponentOne Studio WinForms（英語版） のライセンス

開発者 1 人につきソフトウェア ライセンスが 1 本必要です。
ランタイムはローヤルティ フリーです。

*重要： 2006年5月22日より、全てのComponentOne製品とComponentOne StudiosがComponentOne Studio Enterpriseに統一されます。（ComponentOne Reports for .NET Designer Edition、VSView Reporting Edition Report Designer、ComponentOne Doc-To-Helpを除く – それぞれ個別で購入可能）

  • 現在ComponentOneサブスクリプションをお持ちのお客様は、以下のいずれかを選択することが出来ます。
    • 現在お持ちの製品のサブスクリプションを更新する – お持ちの製品に限り1年間アップデートが可能（この更新は2007年5月21日までとなります）
    • ComponentOne Studio Enterpriseサブスクリプションへ割引価格で変更する
  • サブスクリプションの期限切れのお客様は、以下の方法が可能です。
    • ComponentOne Studio Enterpriseへ割引価格でアップグレード

新規のお客様でComponentOne Studio for .NETの購入をご希望の場合は、ComponentOne Studio Enterpriseのご購入が必要になります。

すでにComponentOne Studio for .NETをお持ちで、追加ライセンスをご希望の場合は、こちらまでご連絡ください。

Gold Support License: このサポートは、サービス時間帯の都合上、米国以外のお客様には必ずしも適当でない場合がありますのでご注意下さい。　サポート内容：月曜日から金曜日まで9:00AMから5:00PM（米国東海岸時間）、メーカーによる電話サポート（英語）が受けられます。

本製品はSubscriptionとしての製品になっております。このSubscriptionは各ライセンスオプションに対してご購入後1年間、最新版を無償でご提供されていただきます。また、Subscriptionの期間はご購入した日付から有効になり、1年後に契約が終了いたします。例えば　2004年05月04日の16時に購入した場合、Subscriptionは2005年05月04日の23時59分に終了することになります。これはDATE OF REGISTRATIONではなくDATE OF PURCHASEからです。Subscriptionの契約の終了後に、この製品に関して引き続き、最新版の更新をご希望する場合はSubscription契約を更新するか、改めて新製品をお買い求めることになります。

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

ComponentOneとWijmoのライセンスはすべて永久ライセンスです。 不具合の修正や新機能などを含むアップデートを1年間無料で利用できます。 サブスクリプション期間が終了しても、購入した製品をそのまま使用できます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

1年間のサブスクリプション契約期間が過ぎると、製品のアップデートを利用できなくなりますが、購入した元の製品は引き続き使用できます。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話または 。

ライセンスをアップグレードできますか。

同じ製品である限り、どの旧バージョンでも最新バージョンにアップグレードできます（例：ComponentOne Studio WinForms（英語版）の旧バージョンからComponentOne Studio WinForms（英語版）の最新バージョンにアップグレード）。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

旧バージョンご希望の場合は、 弊社 まで問い合わせください。

ソースコードを利用できますか。

製品の機能一覧に特に記載されていない限り、ソースコードが製品に含まれていることはありません。 ただし、Report Designerアプリケーションは例外です。このソースコードは、ComponentOne Studio WinForms Editionに含まれています。

ライセンスを複数のマシンにインストールできますか。

ライセンスは開発者単位です。 1人の開発者が最大2台のマシンにライセンスをインストールできます。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

ライセンスを1人の開発者から別の開発者へ、または1台のサーバーから別のサーバーへと譲渡することができます。 譲渡する場合は、元の開発者のマシン（または元のサーバー）から元のライセンスを完全に除去する必要があります。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

標準サポートは、すべてのサブスクリプションで利用できます。 次のものが含まれます。

  • ホットフィックスのビルドへのアクセス
  • フォーラム
  • オンラインサポート
  • プロジェクトの分析をEメールで依頼するオプション

プラチナサポートには、標準サポートに加えて、次のものが含まれます。

  • 24時間以内の応答サービス（週末と米国の休日は除く）
  • 電話によるサポート
