Reporting

• JsonDataSource - ArgumentException is thrown on previewing a report with a hidden bound parameter.
• Running Summary - DetailReportBand summary is off by one record (regression).
• SqlDataSource - MYSQL functions should not be listed among stored procedures in the Data Source Wizard.
• Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer:
  • "Could not load file or assembly 'System.ComponentModel.TypeConverter' or one of its dependencies." error occurs on attempt to use a custom control.
  • Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces cannot be loaded on preview.
• Web Document Viewer - Search never completes when using Azure.
• Web Report Designer:
  • Content is lost on resaving a report with scripts.
  • Controls are moved on text selection.
• XRCrossTab - Row headers are displayed on subsequent pages after all data cells are printed.
• XRPdfContent - Some files are rendered partially when the Skia engine is enabled.
• Web Report Viewer - It is not possible to add a custom export option.

Reporting for ASP.NET Core

• Data fields are incorrectly rendered (duplicated) in FieldList.
• Drill Through - Internal Server Error when moving backward between reports.
• RemoteDocumentSource - InvalidOperation occurs when parsing the Cookie header (.NET 7+).
• Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer:
  • A false-positive XRD106 occurs for the DevExpress.ExpressApp.CodeAnalysis package.

Reporting for Angular

• Report Viewer for Angular - It is not possible to hide toolbar buttons using the visible option.

Reporting for Blazor

• Blazor Report Viewer - Search Box is too small.
• DxDocumentViewer - ReportStorageWebExtension.GetDataAsync is not called.
• DxReportDesigner - No Skeleton Screen during loading.
• DxReportViewer:
  • NullReferenceException is thrown when changing the current report.
  • Unhandled exceptions occur when navigating to another page.
• Empty space appears when the right tab panel of DxReportViewer is hidden.
• Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer:
  • A false-positive XRD106 occurs for the DevExpress.ExpressApp.CodeAnalysis package.

Reporting for MVC

• Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer - Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces cannot be loaded on preview.
• Web Report Designer:
  • XRCrossTab layout crashes if the СolumnTotalPosition property is set to "Before Data.

Reporting for WPF

• End-User Report Designer - NullReference exception is thrown after defining a watermark.
• DocumentPreviewControl - Component crashes after rendering at the start of a new Windows user session.
• End-User Report Designer for WPF:
  • Buttons are missing in the report header panel when the VS2019Blue theme with the Navy palette is applied.
  • It is not possible to add a report control to the Page Footer band when any LightWeight theme is enabled.
  • Localization Editor can't import localization strings from a CSV file.
  • Script Editor uses an incorrect foreground color when any dark theme is used.

Reporting for WinForms

• "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" error is thrown on opening the form designer if the DevExpress Dashboard/Reporting designer extension is installed in Microsoft Visual Studio 17.9 Preview.
• Chart - Data is lost on enabling the Top N option along with Series Point Sorting.
• Export to DOCX - ExportPageBreaks fails for certain band occurrences.
• The date range parameter's editor is scaled incorrectly even when the SetPerMonitorDpiAware method is invoked.
• Microsoft Visual Studio Report Designer:
  • A false-positive XRD106 occurs for the DevExpress.ExpressApp.CodeAnalysis package.
• XtraReport:
  • Text with the < symbol is trimmed in an exported DOCX file when AllowMarkupText is enabled.
  • WatermarkCollection.SaveToStream doesn't save child items.
