Layer2 Data Provider for SOAP Web Services (BETA) included in provider package.
After installation the SharePoint Timer Service is restarted automatically to avoid issues with old (cached) DLLs.
Fixes:
Time Zone Settings are now managed correctly while syncing Date/Time values. Now the Regional Settings in SharePoint are correctly applied.
The BDLC Update On-Demand Button (Ribbon Feature) can now activated / deactivated as a Site Collection Feature, if required. By default it is activated.
Performance wins while displaying the BDLC Update On-demand button in ribbon.
Threads are removed in BDLC Writeback Events (BDLC 2013) because of issues with VB.NET: Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequestInternalClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.ISPRequest'. Now fixed.
Event receivers are now correctly removed while deleting a BDLC connection directly in the BDLC Settings Dialog.
Invalid or corrupted site collections caused the BDLC Timer Service to crash with the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Now skipped (ignored).
"Impersonation failed" while updating lists bug raised with 6.2.0.0 is fixed now.
Changes:
The validation of the connection settings on save was removed to allow save of incomplete settings or settings that do not validate in dialog mode (but possibly for background update).
The input field "Select Statement" is now deactivated for RSS, CSOM and SharePoint List Provider because no data query is supported for these providers.
