Fixes:

• The write-back event receiver closed an open web.
• Checking for claims service with "integrated security =no" now disabled.
• Nested transactions were possible in some cases.
• All SQL transactions now with scope "RequiresNew".
• Checking for changed primary key values in write-back now works properly.
• Layer2.License.Interfaces will be accessed now in elevated context to avoid some rare permission issues.
