Standard

  • Annual subscription.
  • Unlimited number of connections.
  • Unlimited amount of data items or files (depending on provider configuration).
  • Standard providers included.
  • Licensing per installation, not bound to any specific connected system, site, tenant, or user.
  • All version upgrades available.
  • E-mail support included.

Enterprise

  • Annual subscription.
  • Unlimited number of connections
  • Unlimited amount of data items or files (depending on provider configuration).
  • Standard and advanced providers included.
  • Licensing per installation, not bound to any specific connected system, site, tenant, or user.
  • All version upgrades available.
  • E-mail support included.

Software Assurance for Perpetual Licenses

  • Annual fee.
  • Required for free updates and upgrades to higher product versions with new features and additional options.
  • Required to move licenses to another server.
  • Protects your investment in case of changes in the connected systems, for example, Microsoft Office 365 or SharePoint.
  • Annual subscription can be purchased only together with the license. It needs one Software Assurance per license. Can be canceled at any time before renewal.

*In the rare occasion that you have a connection of systems which have not been configured by the team yet, be aware that the publisher might need extra time to prepare for the onboarding and that they might depend on your cooperation to get access to your connecting systems.

** Due to capacity reasons the publisher have set a limit to three migrations per year. In the event that you need to perform more than three migrations, they will bill for additional premium support hours or deduct the hours from your annual contingent (two hours of Premium Support On Demand).
