付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

YouTrack（日本語版） のライセンスは永久ライセンスです。 サブスクリプションを更新しなくても、元のサブスクリプション期間中にリリースされた最新バージョンのソフトウェアを引き続き使用することができます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

サブスクリプション契約が終了しても、元のソフトウェアを使用できますが、今後リリースされるアップデートや新バージョンは利用できません。 アップデートや新バージョンを利用するには、サブスクリプションを更新する必要があります。

ライセンスをアップグレードまたはダウングレードできますか。

サブスクリプション契約期間が過ぎている場合は、失効したサブスクリプションの更新オプションを購入すると、最新バージョンのソフトウェアにアクセスできます。

現在持っているライセンスに開発者を追加できますか。

はい。既存のサブスクリプションパックの商用年間サブスクリプションを購入してください。 詳しくは、当社にお問い合わせください。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

EメールおよびJetBrainsのWebサイトで迅速かつ無制限のサポートを提供しています。 問題の70%以上が、1回の対応で解決しています。

YouTrack（日本語版）をオンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。

JetBrainsのアカウントを使用するとJetBrainsソフトウェアをオンラインで簡単にアクティベーションできます。 オフラインのアクティベーションコードを使用することもできます。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

YouTrack（日本語版）の新規ライセンスを購入すると、同じソフトウェアの旧バージョンも使用できます。 YouTrack（日本語版） のサブスクリプションには下位互換性があり、ダウンロード可能なバージョンであればどのバージョンでも使用できます。 2015年11月2日以降にリリースされたバージョンは、JetBrainsアカウントのユーザー名とパスワード、またはアクティベーションコードを使ってアクティベーションできます。 2015年11月2日より前にリリースされたバージョンをアクティベーションするには、JetBrainsのサポートからレガシーライセンスキーを入手してください。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。 同じ組織に属する開発者間で譲渡できます。 ライセンスの管理担当者が、開発者のJetBrainsアカウントにライセンスを割り当てたり、取り消したりできます。
