The ZingChart Website license is for use on a single domain. The website which lives on this domain should be publicly accessible. This means when a user comes to the website, there should be no requirement to login to access the site or any of its charts. If users are required to login to view charts or to access the website, you should consider either Internal licensing or SaaS licensing, depending on the type of users you have for your app. Website licenses can not be used for product development.

The ZingChart Internal license is intended to be used for the development and deployment of a single internal application. This application needs to be hosted and accessed on a fully qualified domain name. This app should only be used/accessed internally by employees or contractors directly associated to the licensed organization. This license should not be used if you are providing customers or clients access to the application. If you are building multiple internal applications you will likely need multiple Internal licenses or you may be a candidate for an Enterprise license.

The ZingChart SaaS license is for the development and deployment of a single application hosted on a single domain. A SaaS application generally requires customers, clients, and other users who are outside of the licensee's organization to login to the app to gain access to content and charts. SaaS licensing is generally used for a sellable software product hosted on a single domain or a hosted software application accessed by users in support of a sellable product or service.

The ZingChart Enterprise license is for the development and deployment of internal applications within a single organization. With the Enterprise license, there are no restrictions to the number of domains or number of applications in which ZingChart can be used. However, Enterprise licenses are restricted internal use: they should only be used for internal applications. These applications should be hosted by the licensed organization and only accessed by users who are directly associated to the licensed organization (ie employees, contractors, etc). The ZingChart Enterprise license can not be used for sellable software products. Additionally, applications using the Enterprise license should not provide access to users outside of the licensee organization, such as customers.

This support subscription provides 4 hours of product level support per year. Additionally maintaining this subscription will provide major version upgrades for Website, Internal, and Perpetual SaaS licenses.

This support subscription provides 8 hours of product level support per year. Additionally maintaining this subscription will provide major version upgrades for Website, Internal, and Perpetual SaaS licenses.

This support subscription provides 10 hours of product level support per year. Additionally maintaining this subscription will provide major version upgrades for Website, Internal, and Perpetual SaaS licenses.
